Generell Information

By visiting the website, information (date, time, page accessed) about access to the server can be saved. No personal data (e.g. name, address, email) will be saved.
If personal data is collected, this will only be done with the prior consent of the user of the website. The data will not be passed on to third parties without the express consent of the user.
The provider points out that the transmission of data on the Internet can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against the access of third parties cannot be guaranteed. The provider assumes no liability for the damage caused by such security gaps.

Data protection

For legally compliant accounting, we therefore need the following data:

- Salutation (Mr., Mrs., company, ..)
- Title (e.g. Mag.)
- Name of the contact person consisting of first name and surname
- Department (for correct addressing and assignment in the company)
- Address (street, house number, postcode, country)
- Phone number
- Email address

Emails and the relevant log files are deleted after the legally prescribed retention periods (e.g. in tax law) if there are no justified reasons for retention.

Deletion of personal data
If you wish, you can have your data deleted by us.
This does not apply to data
- for handling the active business relationship
- which must be archived for legal reasons
We delete the personal data after the legally prescribed retention periods if there are no justified reasons for retention.

Information about personal data
On request, you can receive information as to whether we have stored personal data about you and, if so, about the personal data you have stored with us. In such a case, contact us using one of the contact options listed on the Contact page to inform us of your request for information. After checking the authenticity of your request, we will send you the relevant data as soon as possible. The GDPR provides a period of one month for this. Please note BEFORE your request that the duty to provide information is superfluous, according to the GDPR, if:
- The data subject already has the information
- The storage or disclosure of personal data is already expressly regulated by law
- Informing the data subject proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate effort
- If this affects internal company secrets
